Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use refugeesbasic.property and the services offered through it by Refugeesbasic Pest Control. By browsing the site, calling the number on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Refugeesbasic Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray, treat termites, remove animals, or do any other pest control work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it does not speak to the safety of any product. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job. They are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it in ways you are not allowed to.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach out about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded to check quality and handle billing. To stop contact at any time, email contact@refugeesbasic.property.
